Dante was surrendered from previous owner who said they had a senior dog and several cats but due to the high prey drive with the cats they could no longer keep him. They said he was a rescue as he was abandoned by his mom living outside originally.  His current foster family  says he is very smart and knows several commands such as sit, shake, down, stay. He rings a bell or scratches at the door to go outside. They currently use a harness outside as he pulls when walking. He loves to play ball and has a lot of puppy energy and is constantly on the go. He's getting used to his crate and he should go to a home with adults as he recently displayed some resource guarding over small objects such as  paper towel.  We believe with correct training that he will overcome this. He has no food or treat aggression. He will watch TV and cuddle and is really a wonderful puppy who can use some more socialization and training.  We are sure he will be the perfect dog for the right family.  He's been neutered and is only currently dealing with a slight eye irritation and getting drops in his eyes that the vet said should clear up shortly. This little guy deserves a chance with the right family and really is a sweetheart. He will come with his harness, a puzzle toy and several other toys.
