Meet Monty! Monty is a happy go lucky 6 year old male beagle. Monty is up to date on vaccines, neutered, had his teeth cleaned and is microchipped.  Monty is housebroken and will go to the door and paw at it to let you know he needs out. He is good in his crate while foster mom works, and he is oh so excited when you get home. He is only crated when foster goes to work and otherwise sleeps in bed with everyone at night.  He is good with other dogs and cats, but we are unsure about kids as there is none in his foster home. He is true to the breed and likes to follow his nose. He will sniff out any food near by and loves to eat, but doesn’t like to share his food with other dogs. Unlike his breed, he is not a noisy boy, he rarely barks. He does like to cuddle and be loved on, seems his life was not all good things before. He enjoys playing with other dogs and even cats.  He likes going out for walks. He loves to wander around the yard and get all the smells he can. He is currently taking Phenobarbital every 12 hours as he has had 3 seizures while with us, the meds seem to be keeping them controlled. He need a home with patience and who can teach him that he is safe with them.  He is such an easy guy to have around. Just wants to be loved on. His adoption donation is $265.
